Hosted by Von Miller, the Summit is an opportunity for these athletes to hone their skills, share their knowledge, and continue to refine their technique on the field.
During the Summit, Von Miller, the host himself, expressed his admiration for Crosby. When asked who he thought had the deepest bag of tricks at the Sack Summit, Miller unhesitatingly said, "I got to go with Maxx, Man."
Miller continued, saying, "I’ve been respecting his game for a long time, since he was just a young pup. Now he’s a big dog here in the league. He’s so versatile, he can play inside if you want him to. He can play at a two-point stance, a three-point stance. He can spin out, spin in, cross chop, inside cross, outside, does just about everything."
Miller's endorsement of Crosby is beneficial. Crosby is looking to solidify his place as a top-five edge rusher in the NFL and a potential Defensive Player of the Year candidate.
Crosby will no doubt be a key leader in a Raiders defense that has seen significant upgrades throughout the offseason.
